Adv. Asaf Arazi-Bitton is an Israeli real estate lawyer specializing in urban renewal projects, residential and commercial property transactions, and representation of private buyers and sellers of second-hand apartments.

Formerly serving as legal counsel for a luxury retirement residence, Asaf has extensive experience in senior-housing law and in advising senior residents seeking to move into high-end retirement communities. Another key focus of his practice is family wealth management and intergenerational transfer planning, offering holistic solutions that integrate legal, financial, and personal perspectives — including the drafting of wills, prenuptial agreements, and lasting powers of attorney to protect family interests.
Asaf holds four academic degrees: an LL.B. in Law from Reichman University, an International MBA (IMBA) from Bar-Ilan University in collaboration with the Lauder Business School in Vienna, as well as a B.A. in Humanities and Social Sciences (with honors) and an M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies (with distinction).
