About

Adv. Asaf Arazi-Bitton is an Israeli real estate lawyer specializing in urban renewal projects, residential and commercial property transactions, and representation of private buyers and sellers of second-hand apartments.

Asaf provides each client with personal attention, full availability, and meticulous legal guidance — tailoring every transaction to meet the client’s goals. With a deep understanding of Israel’s real estate market, he also advises on the strategic and commercial aspects of each deal, including location, pricing, negotiation, and project feasibility with local authorities.

Formerly serving as legal counsel for a luxury retirement residence, Asaf has extensive experience in senior-housing law and in advising senior residents seeking to move into high-end retirement communities. Another key focus of his practice is family wealth management and intergenerational transfer planning, offering holistic solutions that integrate legal, financial, and personal perspectives — including the drafting of wills, prenuptial agreements, and lasting powers of attorney to protect family interests.
